By Richard Grisham published 9 November 06. When a sequel's not a sequel, the streets have no name, and the sun never shines - thank goodness the racing still kicks ass Need for Speed has always been a fun game for me. I decided to go back to my childhood to play this game. It's been a while since I got my hands on this video games. The graphics are still good! The cars are great and balanced and at least you can free roam unlike some of today's need for speeds. Very good game for those looking for Xbox

The newest addition to the Need for Speed series, Carbon sees the player come to a place named Palmont City, where car crews are vying for territory and power. You are thrown into the middle of it all, and start your own crew and race to own the roads. Career- 7/10 Career is good, but it is very short. I managed to get to the last few races in

Product Description. What starts in the city is settled in the canyons in Need for Speed Carbon. It immerses you in the world's most dangerous, adrenaline-filled form of street racing. You and your crew must race in an all-out war for the city, risking everything to take over your rivals' neighborhoods one block at a time. Need for Speed Carbon, boasting yet another vast city with over fourty cars and Xbox Live, looks to be another cash-in on the genre, and by not changing much over the years aside from online play, you either love or hate the series at this point. So you if want a racing game with a superb storyline, NFS: Carbon-Own the City is probably not for you. The music is pretty sweet, there's plenty to choose from, and you can add your own music simply by having it on your memory stick, going into options, and selecting the songs you want. unfortunately it only plays the music you add in the

This review will tell you how this game rocked the shelves not only with the cover but also the game itself. There are also alot of improvements in this game from it's previous game. This will be a quite long review. So get ready for the PlayStation Portable Racing Game "Need for Speed Carbon: Own the City" Gameplay- 9/10 Yeah, gameplay. The

But I really like NFS: Carbon, Own The City. The length of the game is just right. It isn't annoyingly long, and it isn't too short. Replayability is also pretty good. I have beaten the game twice, and lately I've been playing other games, but occasionally I go back to NFS: Carbon-Own The City for
Conclusion 7/10 its what I give this game “NFS Carbon” because it’s just racing in the end but good racing indeed, at that note with different types of races (My favourite being the speed trap). Maybe if in the next need for speed you could get out of your car and kick some butt over a race would make the game so much more WICKED
Need For Speed Carbon for the PSP has a different story line and different cars than the PS3 version. Some nice features of the PSP version as compared to the PS3 version are: - Doesn't force you into Muscle, Exotic, or Tuner classes. - Muscle cars don't have exaggerated rough handling. Canyon racing in Need For Speed Carbon is a nice change of pace from the regular street races. Much like Sega's Initial D series, the races take place on downhill roads that are narrow and twisty
Only having played one of the previous two games, I would have to say that this game is better from the last Need for Speed which was Need for Speed Most Wanted 5-1-0. From my experience in this game it seems like that it was improved from the previous to make it better and probably less annoying in some ways while at times can be a little
Graphics: The graphics on Need for Speed Carbon can only be described in one word AMAZING, definately one of the best graphics I've seen for the PS2. The characters look amazing, the city even better, but the cars are a work of perfection.
I have to admit to being biased; I loved the original Need for Speed. I mean, back on the 3DO. NFS: Carbon is not like that game very much; in particular, it has a much more arcade-like feel, and cars can do a lot more that's just not plausible. On the other hand, it's a pretty fun racing game. Graphics: Quite nice.

Needless to say, EA has been very popular with its racing series NFS (Need for Speed) since after the first installment was released in about the mid 90's. In the end of 2006, EA hits the market with Carbon yet another new installment of NFS. This is it in this review, Need for Speed: Carbon.
